Privacy policy

Who we are

Pindive (pindive.com) is a project run by its founder, who is responsible for your data. Contact: hello@pindive.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, and whether you said you run a dive center.
• Your browser language and a note of which page you signed up on.
• A one-way hash of your IP address (not the IP itself), used only to stop abuse and repeated sign-ups.

Why we use it

To email you about the Pindive launch and, if you ticked the box, to offer dive centers early access. We do not sell your data or use it for anything else. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); anti-abuse hashing is a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Until the launch emails have been sent, then up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Who processes it

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and stores the sign-up list. We do not share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@pindive.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
